enhancement(web): autobrr logo link to dashboard (#638)

* feat(web): Made autobrr logo link to frontpage

Clicking the logo now directs you to the frontpage.

* fixs(dashboard) Changed Stats header tag to h1

Header on Dashboard was a h3 tag while the ones on Filters etc. is h1.

Made it match the rest of the UI with this change.
